This policy explains how refunds work for prepaid credits purchased for SimStudio Pro.

Eligibility

  • If you purchased credits and have not used any credits, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • If credits were partially used, we may be unable to offer a refund (or may only offer a partial refund), depending on the circumstances.

Email sales@simai.cloud with your account email/username and the approximate purchase time.
